CBD Dosage - How Much CBD Should I Take?
CBD affects everyone differently, so there's no single "right" dose — body weight, individual body chemistry, and personal tolerance all play a part. Because of this, we can't tell you exactly how much to take; what follows is general guidance to help you use CBD products safely and make an informed choice.
Official UK guidance
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) advises that healthy adults should not consume more than 10mg of CBD per day — roughly 4–5 drops of a 5% CBD oil. This is a precautionary daily limit, not a recommended starting point to build up from. We formulate our product servings with this guidance in mind, and you can check the mg per serving on each product's label to see how it fits within the 10mg/day limit.
CBD is not suitable for everyone
The FSA advises that CBD should not be taken by:
- Children and anyone under 18
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
- Anyone taking medication, unless they've first spoken to a doctor or pharmacist — CBD can interact with certain medicines
Before you start
If you're on any medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using CBD products. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, we advise against use.
Our range
We offer CBD in a few different formats — oils, capsules, sprays, and edibles — each labelled with its CBD content per serving so you can keep track of your daily intake.
