A quick guide to delivery methods

There are many different delivery methods in which you can get your daily source of leafy goodness, including oils, sprays, edibles and cosmetics. Choosing the best delivery method varies from person to person, as it will depend on what you want to use CBD for and how often you wish to take it.

While a little trial and error may be necessary (and we promise it’ll be worth it!), a good place to start is by trying a low-strength CBD oil. That way, you can play with the dose, and if you aren’t so keen on the earthy taste, you can always add a few drops to your favourite meal or smoothie! 

Taking the guesswork out of dosing

Once you’ve sussed out the best delivery method for you, we recommend introducing CBD gradually, starting with 10mg twice per day. After a week, depending on how you respond to the dosage, you can consider doubling the dose to 20mg. It is recommended that you do not exceed 70mg of CBD per day.
