CBD Overnight Oats

Prepping (healthy) food is a great way to stay on top of your nutrition and wellness goals.  As the famous saying goes, failing to plan is planning to fail! So make health and wellness a natural part of your week by planning ahead and choosing easy recipes.  This two-step recipe (yes that's right, only two steps!) is delicious and easy enough for even the most novice of chefs to attempt.  And with 10mg CBD per serving, its a great and wholesome breakfast to start your day.

(serves 1) Ingredients:

80-85g oats

2 tbsp. yogurt of your choice

1/2 cup milk of your choice

10mg Love Hemp CBD

1 tbsp maple Syrup

1 tbsp. Biscoff (melted) 

1 Biscuit (crumbled)

Method:

Step 1: Add the oats, yogurt, milk, maple syrup and CBD oil to a blender and whizz until a thick but smooth consistency.  Pour into a glass and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Step 2: Melt the Biscoff and crumble up the biscuit. Pour over the top and sprinkle with the crumbed biscuit.
