- 175g Softened butter
- 85g Caster sugar
- 200g Plain flour
- 2tbsp Cocoa powder
- 70mg Love Hemp CBD Oil
How to Make CBD Christmas Pudding Cookies
Begin by mixing softened butter and caster sugar until the mixture is soft and fluffy, using either a wooden spoon or an electric mixer.
Stir in the flour and cocoa, then knead the mixture into a dough using your hands. Shape it into a sausage, wrap it in cling film, and let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the dough from the fridge, roll it out to about 1cm thickness, and cut rounds with a cookie cutter.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180°C. Once baked, allow them to cool completely.
Mix 4 tbsp icing sugar with 1 tbsp water to create a thick frosting
Incorporate the Love Hemp CBD Oil (we recommend our orange flavoured CBD oil) into the icing mixture.
Use a spoon or piping bag to generously frost one half of the cookies.
Enhance the festive appeal by adding two cranberries and crafting small green leaves with green icing on top.
